What is Development Work?
Is it just about raising money, or about building donors’ commitment to your organization?

Is it about prying money from the reluctant, or about providing donors with meaningful gifting opportunities?
How Do We Recognize a Potential Major Donor?
Is it just about money, or is there a better way to prioritize donors?
How Do We Communicate More Effectively with Donors and Team Members?
Should you treat others the way you want to be treated, or is there a more effective approach to communication?
How Do We Build Commitment?
Is fundraising “friendraising,” or is it about connecting at a deeper level?

Action Planning
