Envisioning & Articulation—1 Day
This one-day workshop for graduates of Philanthropic Practices for Faculty and for deans, faculty, and other academic and organizational leadership provides the inspiration and tools for defining a big, hairy, audacious vision that is relevant and truly compelling to both donors and the organization. In this session, participants will explore what real vision is and why it is important. They will also discover a three-part model for building and communicating a new vision, or evaluating and enhancing a current one. Additionally, this learning experience will provide leaders with a process and guidelines for sharing their vision more effectively with donor prospects—motivating the action they desire and inspiring significant emotional and financial commitment. Discover your own vision for optimum success in this powerful workshop for leaders.
