Participants explore the various roles in development and clearly define ethical approaches for nurses and other care providers.
Donor Motivation
Participants discover how donors view development, philanthropy, and the engagement process, while also exploring concepts about grateful patients and their families.
Making the Professional Referral
Participants explore concepts for professional and ethical referrals of patients and family members who have indicated interest in supporting the organization’s work.
Creating Gratifying Gifting Experiences
Participants learn how they can create a return on philanthropic investment (ROPI) that ensures donors feel appreciated and valued and sets the stage for future gifts.
