This four-hour workshop is for nurse executives, directors of nursing, nurse managers, and nursing supervisors. PWNL explores the key topics of donor motivation, grateful patient concepts, and the donor development process. The workshop also addresses the appropriate roles of nursing leadership in donor engagement and empowers nursing leadership to take on their critical responsibility in the organization’s culture of philanthropy.

Participants explore guidelines and skills for identifying opportunities and providing professional referrals.
Carving Through the Fog
Participants are introduced to the two-part process for donor development and the steps for successful meetings with donor prospects.
Creating Gratifying Gifting Experiences
Participants learn methods for ensuring donors feel appreciated and valued and gain an understanding of how to set the stage for future gifts.
