This four-hour workshop for development support staff provides a greater understanding of the concepts that make up the development process. Participants will discover key elements of identifying their role in development, understanding donor motivations, and exploring how to better support the development process. The workshop also provides an understanding of development vocabulary and creates the foundation necessary to support a cohesive culture of philanthropy throughout the organization.

Methods for ensuring donors feel appreciated and valued and an understanding of how to set the stage for future gifts.
