Sample Training Plan Plan

It can be difficult to think about how to approach building an entire training plan. After all, each target audience needs completely different knowledge and skills. Further, learning about development and the roles different parties play requires a planned progression of learning blocks.

We have developed the following sample training plan as a way to think about the appropriate learning progression. This training is for an organization with 80 development professionals (our term for front-line fundraisers). Please keep in mind that we will scale this plan to meet the specific needs of your organization.
